The War on Easter

I like to think of atheistic evangelizing as a perpetual War on Superstition or War on the Afterlife. Beyond Belief Media and The Rational Response Squad are after my own heart, because they just took this war to the next level by declaring a War on Easter!

It is a campaign to photograph the planting of 666 copies of the #1 independent documentary on Amazon.com, The God Who Wasn't There, in various churches around the country by Easter Sunday. Ideally, these DVDs will be discovered by a worshipper during the Easter Sunday worship service or by children hunting for Easter eggs.

What a great way to Kill The Afterlife! So how about it, atheists? I know you all have a copy of this movie, and I know you all live near a bunch of churches.

I don't own a copy.

You should check it out, Franc. It's a very good movie, though it's far too short in my view. For solid information, I prefer Atheist Universe.

To the whole Easter Sunday idea, I give a big thumbs up. Very creative, and a hoot as well. Rather than a brightly painted Easter egg, the young theist-in-the-making finds a copy of the movie that denies even a historical Jesus. LOL.

Aaron, darling: I hope you've seen my compilation of quotations from the sickest and most depraved piece of pornography in history! Rape, murder, human sacrifice, genocide, incest, wholesale slaughter and human degradation of all kinds... I bet you can appreciate this collection of classics - from the world's all-time best seller. :P

Easter -- the day when Jesus sacrificed himself to give humanity the greatest gift possible -- Cadbury eggs.

Aethlos,

Thank you! That is quite an impressive collection of smut you linked to! Now who could have come up with such vulgar material? ;)
