The concept of an afterlife is inhumane and immoral. Belief in the continuation of your "soul" or consciousness after death is wishful thinking. Belief in an afterlife devalues the one life that actually exists: this one.

Over at Stardust's blog, I think I summed up my thoughts on morality in one sentence: "Intangible, gooey concepts like 'morality,' 'spirituality,' and 'supernatural' are incoherent to me, as there is no hard evidence to illuminate potential definitions."

It's definitely a very strong film. I hope at least a few Christians were brave enough to watch it, after having discovered it on Easter.
